Crown Highland is teaming up with Cheeky Auctions to launch Property Auctions. The first one is in January and will cover the following types of properties from the Highlands of Scotland, including Speyside

Building Plots, Small Residential Developments, Commercial Property, Abandoned homes, abandoned hotels, unused Reservoirs, Properties that wont sell - essentially anything from Perth upwards.

Our aim is to bring a bit of personality to Property Auctions and change their perception as places of Last Resort into a modern method of selling property in Scotland.

Our charges are simple.
1. £250 insertion fee per property.
2. 2.5% sales fee on successful sale, paid through buyer deposit.
